We have open questions in regards to the status of development permits for Schroeder Holdings LLC/Katherine Reeves Investments, LLC. These permits ensure that development projects are safe, environmentally responsible, and compliant with local, state, and federal laws. They protect natural resources, prevent issues like erosion and flooding in our backyards, and ensure the community's infrastructure can support new developments. These permits help safeguard public safety, preserve the environment, and maintain transparency with the community.
We will continue to check on permit compliance and update the checklist below accordingly.
Heavy-duty construction equipment and surveyors started demolition in the historic woods at the end of each length of Camaron Way in the Camaron Springs subdivision. Construction markings have appeared in cul-de-sacs in Wynterset and Camaron Springs.
Permit is in progress for development of a 100+ home subdivision.
The developer has not shared any plans for the protection of Snellville history, Native American Heritage located on these parcels.
